Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If we accidentally ship the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Desi Taqat Powder but received a different product), we will exchange it for the correct item or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect product.
Unopened and Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.
No Returns on Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@zsayurveda.in with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Provide Evidence: If applicable (e.g., for damaged or defective items), please include clear photos of the product showing the damage or defect.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back until you receive our approval.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, but it usually takes between 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the product is returned in a used or opened condition (except for defective items), a partial refund may be issued, depending on the condition of the product upon inspection.
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products).

Cancellation Policy
